Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDownload & upload data from financial systemsSet up systems and templates in SAPMaintenance of accounting and financial systems/applications, including system tie-outsDevelop relevant reporting including data preparation, report creation to support forecast, budget and closing cycle.Provide data analyses to support periodic (monthly, quarterly, year-end) financial and operational performance reviews with the business and finance teams.Support the financial planning process at the department level, inclusive of budgets, re-forecasts, capital planning and long-term plans. Helps to define and load data into models.Perform gap analysisCalculate capex and depreciation expensesCollect necessary information from various internal partiesPrepare, document and record journal entries based on business needs following Accounting policiesRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor's degree in finance or accounting3.5 - 5 years relevant experience in FP&A and accounting processes like preparing forecast and budget for parts of the P&L of a company, performed financial and accounting analysis to support company business units decision making.Proficient English levelAdvanced Excel and office managementGood knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesBasic tax rules and basic understanding on internal controls requirements and implicationsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseGood analytical and numeric skills using spreadsheets and databases.Demonstrate skills of overall accounting & planning processes with analytical skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamProblem solving and analytical.Ability to meet deadlinesFlexible thinkerSAP and Tableau experience is a plusPosition 100% based in GuadalajaraWorking in hybrid mode#J-18808-Ljbffr
