**Enterprise Risk Management Coordinator**

**Which is the main objective of this role?
**
IPEX is a global team that delivers process and control transformation, simplification, and digitization.
- This role ensures overseeing the country (BU´s) governance of risk management processes by building and supporting risk capability (identification, assessment, prioritization, address, managing, monitoring, and communication) of new or emerging risks
- Safeguard the company strategy in order to help PepsiCo to accomplish their objectives, minimizing risks and protect the assets, ensure accuracy of records, promote operational efficiency, and encourage adherence to global policies, rules, regulations, and laws
- Lead in conjunction with the Global ERM team the risk management assessments, supporting business objectives to improve risk framework maturity level according with the ERM global Policy, framework and aligned to Global Control Standard (COSO Methodology)
- Be proactive implementor of new tools and methodology (Analytics, Robots, Agile, etc.)
and make benchmark with other PepsiCo Sectors and other companies
- Pressure test mitigation strategies, strengthen risk culture, and coordinate Risk Appetite with senior leaders
**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?
**
- Oversees and supports the governance of risk management processes, supporting business in non-routine risk identification and, assessment, aligned to the Global Risk Management Framework
- Work in conjunction with Risk Owners and business stakeholders in the preparation of periodic risk status updates for the Senior Management / Risk Committee of Foods and Beverage businesses
- Responsible for ensuring risk submissions into the Global GRC / Risk Management System including completeness and supervises the timely and effective accomplishment of Global ERM requirements
- Identify and share best practices with the business, across Sectors, and during Global assessments
- Leverage overall business knowledge to improve risk management process effectiveness and pressure tests mitigation strategies
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in existing processes, and work to develop innovative solutions with internal business partners
- Collaborate with functional leads to perform annual risk survey
- Provide training to stakeholders about the risk management framework
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required (Accountant, Administrator Finance or similar)
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Advanced English)
- Ability to effectively manage time and to meet agreed upon objectives autonomously
- Demostrated ability to work with professionals across all levels of the organization
- Good critical-thinking skills to gather relevant, available data and make informed decisions
- Prior work experience (2-4 years desired) within audit, internal controls, finance, risk management, SOX controls knowledge
- Service orientation, ability to assist and train others in different areas and levels of the company
- Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance-side and proficiency in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions
