.About the Team:The Risk Identification & Strategic Risk team fosters a culture of control and strategic centricity and accountability by leading efforts to identify, anticipate, measure, monitor, mitigate, and report franchise-wide risks.The incumbent should be a highly motivated candidate to comprehensively support the Risk Identification and Strategic Risk team in ensuring that Risk Identification, Monitoring, Measurement and related requirements are executed clearly, simply and effectively, aligning to other related programs whenever possible, with front-to-back coverage across the Franchise including Products, Channels, Functions and 2LOD stakeholders. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate must be able to work effectively across a diverse and vast organization, using excellent business knowledge, technical execution and communication skills to engage stakeholders, drive implementation and resolution, and keep senior management informed on progress and issues. The Risk Identification and Strategic team operates in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.About the Role:The Risk Identification and Strategic Risk Senior Lead is responsible for supporting the management, governance, and oversight of (include but are not limited) Risk identification, risk monitoring, strategic risk assessment and Risk Assessment to the Operating Plan in which it must ensure a consistent approach where possible to policy compliance.The incumbent will work closely with various stakeholders including Senior Management, 1LOD,2LOD and 3LOD to provide objective views on risks, controls, metrics/indicators trends, and provide subject matter expertise advisory and support on risk identification and assessment to the operation plan.This is a strategic role responsible for driving the development and execution of the Franchise requirements related to the Identification, Monitoring, Measurement and Control of the Aggregated Risk Report / Material Risk Inventory (MRI), Top and Emerging Risks, as well as Concentration Risks and linking these requirements to other key processes, such as Strategic Planning, Risk Appetite and Risk Capital.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for coordination, consolidation, and end-to-end management of the materials for the Aggregated Risk Report/Material Risk Inventory, Risk Assessment of Operating Plan (RAOP) and Strategic Risk Assessment processes for the Franchise.Responsible for the Key Risk Indicators of the segment and region, monthly and/or quarterly monitoring the possible gaps and variations; update in the systems according to the policy and procedure and completing the annual assessment with the 1LoD and 2LoD.Develop, deploy, and enhance risk and control monitoring and reporting processes to measure control performance and enable effective risk and controls identification, monitoring and governance.Analyze data and prepare management reporting materials for relevant governance forums
