About the roleOur Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to track front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support.We're looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design, implementation, and embedding of the ERM framework. Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingSupporting our risk governance processesDeveloping and maintaining cross-functional elements of our risk management frameworkLeading the establishment and evolution of our risk appetite frameworkContributing to the monitoring of the firm's risk profile through KRIs, incidents, and other risk monitoring toolsSupporting the implementation of our risk framework in our international and other operating subsidiariesDeveloping and producing insightful management informationContributing to strengthening firmwide risk awareness and cultureWhat you'll need5–7 years of experience in risk management in the financial services sectorSolid stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skillsSubstantial practical experience in the design and implementation of ERM frameworks in a financial services environment (ideally in banking and/or payments)Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk managementThe ability to innovatively create and analyse data to generate meaningful and important business and risk insights (ideally with SQL/business intelligence tooling)#J-18808-Ljbffr
