The main purpose of this role will be to support Enterprise Solutions DevSecOps by
1) Support operations stability in the Sector by owning the Program level AMS Managed Service Provider engagement for Enterprise Solutions to ensure adherence to contract SLA, KPIs
2) Train the end users on the use of the standard tools, reports and processes to support DevSecOps transition and evolution
**Accountabilities**
- This role supports the sustainment and delivery of the Order & Contract Management, Pricing, Rebates, DSD and Transportation/Logistics capabilities
- Partner with the process owners and functional leads to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution
- Support decision-making for Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates, Accounts Receivable, DSD & Transportation/Logistics localization of functionality of the Global Template
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities.
- Ensure lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the Markets, especially around interfaces to approved retained legacy or other SAP systems.
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against.
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements.

**Qualifications**
**Education/requirements**
- 5+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates Process, Accounts Receivable, and DSD & Transportation/Logistics Management
- 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
Over 7 years of SAP development, support and implementation experience on SAP ERP with a focus on Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates Process, Accounts Receivable, and DSD & Transportation/Logistics Management
- Strong experience in end to end OTC design and development including integration with other functional areas Record to Report, Make to Deploy, Forecast to Schedule and Trade
- In depth knowledge of Pricing, ATP and Back order processing, Material determination, Rebates, Inter company, STOs, contracts, third party process and other sub processes;
- Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Order Management (business partner and roles, customer hierarchy, etc); Pricing & Rebates (pricing condition maintenance, agreements, pricing reports, etc); and, DSD (visit plan, visit lists, routes, sales reps, drivers, hierarchy, etc)
- Previous experience on a major SAP transformation project
- Solid experience in ITSM tools and processes
- SAP SolMan.

**Non Technical Skills**
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Solves highly complex problems within their work team
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Previous leadership role on a major SAP transformation project
- Consulting background a plus
- CPG industry experience.
