We believe that together we can transform industries, grow economies, lift up societies, and sustain our environment.YOUR FUTURE ROLEThis position is within the Essential Adoption Services & Automations; part of the Adoption Services Center (ASC) organization.Align with SAP strategy to develop and drive SAP Enterprise Support (ES) & SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition (ESCE) portfolio, guidance and scale delivery to help customers with their SAP transformation journey.Close collaboration with other roles within the Adoption Services Center teams, and beyond, on investment needs, product strategy, go-to-market, portfolio consumption and scaling content delivery.Design scalable, modern, self-consumable ES & ESCE foundational content to support customer's business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions.Manage the creation and curation of ES & ESCE foundational content, ensuring consistency across solutions and offerings.Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve the ES & ESCE portfolio and the overall customer experience.Co-innovate and pilot with customers to ensure content and formats remain cutting edge.Provide advisory & guidance to customers through ES & ESCE foundational offerings on a scalable delivery platform.Raise awareness of SAP ES portfolio & offerings with customers and across SAP; champion our achievements and customer success.YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for a self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded and flexible professional with functional knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management solutions.
