Enterprise Technical Master Data Custodian

**What you will do**The Customer Master Data Specialist executes Oracle Fusion/ S4 Hana Customer Master Data processes on a day-to-day basis supporting the business.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Support data requests from requestors across various regions and countries for customer master data domain in scope.- Ensure completeness, accuracy & timeliness of customer master data requests.- Performs the day-to-day activities of creating and maintaining master data as per defined processes and service level agreements (SLAs).- Follow policy, governance, and procedure requirements for data formatting and taxonomy standards during data entry based on training.- Actively support Customer Master Data deployment activities.**Skills Required**:- **1-2 years of previous experience in Customer Master activities**:- **Good understanding of data screens within Oracle Fusion / SAP 4 Hana Customer Master Data Management system.**:- **Clearly understand the flow of Customer Master Data add, change, deactivate processes and should be able to generate/review basic data quality reports.**:- Hands-on experience with master data technologies or interim tools utilized in managing master data- **Fluent English**:- **Bachelor Degree**:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong knowledge of Excel & power point- Available to travel, current VISA and PassportJohnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion.
