Job Overview:Responsible for managing and processing files related to debt collections. Your role will involve organizing, reviewing, and processing files, communicating completion and issue resolution to clients, and running end-of-day reporting.Key Responsibilities:File Management: Receive, review, and process incoming files and documents related to collections. Ensure all files are accurately organized and processed.Data Entry: Input and update account information into the company's database. Verify data for accuracy and completeness.Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain documentation required for collections activities, including legal notices, payment plans, and correspondence.Communication: Liaise with internal departments and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to file processing.Reporting: Generate and review reports related to file processing and collections activities.
