We are looking for an **IT Recruiter** with strong English communication skills and a startup mindset to help us find and attract the best Tech Talent around the world.
**Main activities**:

- Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
- Create engaging job descriptions.
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System updated.
**Requirements**:

- Previous related experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, technology or similar, will be highly valued.
- Communications, psychology, marketing, administration or related degrees will be a plus.
