Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:**Objective**:Support Customer engagement, Driving software development and test team's with best in class Software Project Management practices towards quality deliverables/releases.**Responsibilities**:- Support on Software Requirement understanding, Estimations, Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, Closure.- Support on Customer engagement, Stakeholder management, Quality, Cost and Delivery.- Follow quality process for software development according to ISO26262 and ASPICE.- Contact with cross functional teams to support overall system development.- Monitor Software project schedules from requirement gathering to the delivery and complete project management practices.- Assist Software timing plans update and synchronize them with those of the customer on a regular basis.- Support resource planning for development, integration and validation within the software technical team.- Support all continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.- Assist managing projects with teams across diverse cultures, collaborative spirit.- Support new project acquisitions and RFQs.- Support implementation of new processes and methods to improve efficiency.- Assist team success and growth with quality deliverables to OEM's**Qualifications**:- Degree in Engineering.- Theoretical Knowledge in software development process. (e.G., Scrum, V-Model, Lean, Kanban methodologies)- Good communication skills, Interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Willing to learn both on instructor/mentor-led trainings as well as independently with self-learning content.- Willing to follow-up project specific tasks & milestones.- Willing to work with a highly dynamic and culturally diverse team.- Advanced English level (B2 or above).Nice to have:- Conflict and Risk management skills, Mitigation strategies, etc.- Familiar with Software Project management tools like JIRA, MS Project or similar.- Experience working on scheduled tasks & milestones.- Experience in complete Software development life cycle (SDLC), V Model.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
