This category will include those HSE professionals involved in "designing for HSE" (NPI), individuals responsible for customer or industry engagement, and HSE professionals working at customer sites or projects (generally not managing teams of HSE professionals or regions). Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.**Partner with the best**As an Environment and Health Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Providing day-to-day EHS support for service activities and projects and currently tend to report into a specific sector or P&L and cover this sector or P&L only. They are equivalent to plant level EHS professionals and provide immediate, direct support to field service employees that work at customer sites.- Conducting training, inspections, and customer interaction around planning and job execution.- Being the first line contact for the field service engineers as they manage day to day EHS issues in service work.- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.- Contributing to projects as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma)- Have at least 4 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety.- Be able to work or travel to Ciudad del Carmen, according to the customer's needs.- Be able to work onshore and offshore according to the customer's needs.Desired Characteristics- Strong oral and written communication skills.
