The Environmental Specialist position includes a strong understanding of local, state and federal laws, how to handle various situations with hazardous material, enforcing campus wide safety programs, understanding how each product can affect the environment, and perform routine audits on the company.General Responsibilities- Provide support to Environmental Coordinator regarding all main safety and environmental activities- Lead the safety training and other related trainings- Perform weekly safety audits- Lead the compliance check with regular safety working environment measurements- Leads education training on fire safety practices- Performs the annual medical checks for the employees- Evaluate the work conditions with regards chemical usage safety- Prepares for external audits related to safety and environment- Completes risk evaluation while implementing new production lines- Actively perform improvement action plans regarding overall safety, line production safety and office safety- Maintain strong communication with suppliers regarding services related to waste disposal companies, labor medicine service, etc.Experience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.E.
