.Environmental Health and Safety Senior ConsultantRamboll is seeking a highly motivated Environmental, Health and Safety Consultant to join the firm! To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering or Sciences, Sustainability, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or other related Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology field with related consulting experience. A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.For this role, we are looking for someone with 1-3 years of relevant work experience specifically in conducting environmental consulting services such as due diligence assessments (e.G., Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, environmental compliance reviews and audits, desktop due diligence reviews), and environmental and health and safety regulatory compliance experience (related to industrial and commercial facilities preferred). Experience in international sustainability experience and/or environmental impact assessment is a plus.You will join our Ramboll Environment & Health DepartmentAs our new Environmental, Health And Safety Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team providing state-of-the-art scientific, technical, and strategic risk management assistance to an international client base. You will split your time between office-based work, including reviewing project-related materials and writing reports, and site visits (including some local/regional/international travel).Depending on your areas of focus, your key tasks and responsibilities may include:Completing environmental site assessments of commercial and industrial sites.Conduct due diligence reviews of multi-site portfolios for attorneys, lenders, developers, and industrial clients.Completing limited environmental compliance reviews of industrial sites, by reviewing and abstracting regulatory requirements for multi-media environmental compliance.Reviewing site investigation reports and providing conclusions and opinions related to the extent of contamination, recommendations, and development of scopes of work for site investigation activities.Preparation of technical reports that effectively communicate (summarize) site findings.Formulating conclusions and opinions and communicating with clients.Travel to industrial and commercial facilities for site visits (typically one day in duration), including both local and non-local travel.Supporting multiple projects and meeting high quality standards.Supporting client environmental and health and safety permitting activities.Completing environmental and social due diligence services for international financing of large infrastructure projects.This position is a full-time position (40 hours per week) serving at either Ramboll's Mexico City or Monterrey Nuevo Leon offices
