Manage and maintain the EHS system, working with different areas in the site to guarantee that safety processes are met, in addition to mitigating risks by carrying out risk assessments in different areas or work teams. This position should ensure all activities comply with Mexican Law and Corporate requirements. Commitment to the following findings of incidents, accidents, high-risk permits, JHA, and ensure that the site has optimal safety conditions to carry out the production processes.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Management of safety issues (comply with Noms STPS, Civil Protection, responsible for studies like noise, vibration, illumination, emergency brigade training, formation, activities, and monitoring of findings of the Safety Commission, control of electronic and physical folders, administration of weekly and monthly internal and external audits, comply and management of indicators from velocity platform complying with frequency requested, attend special works)Management of environmental issues (comply with Noms of Semanart, State and Municipal Regulations, Energy Agency, Manifests, Hazardous and non-hazardous waste, control of chemical substances, control of electronic and physical folders, support with information for environmental studies and permits, administration of weekly and monthly internal and external audits)Management of services and inputs of the EHS department (management of oracle, prepo, marketplace, invoices, attention to service providers, (fumigation, fire system, fire extinguishers), participation in EHS projects of GPF (initiatives, Mexico campaigns), commitment with partner areas to follow findings)Requirements3-5 Years of Experience in Manufacturing CompaniesEnglish: Desired conversational#LI-GU1 We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
