Your job, as Environmental Manager within our M&S Team, will be ensuring the site's activities compliance with all relevant Environment & Sustainability regulations and standards.Main responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact with site-related environmental regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.Develop and implement site plans in alignment with Sanofi Environment & Sustainability Planet Care policies.Conduct assessments and mitigate environmental impacts associated with the site's operations.Monitor the environmental performance of the site and oversee the monitoring of environmental parameters, such as air pollution, water and wastewater quality, waste management, and GHG emissions.Lead initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental footprint of the site, including Eco-design, water stewardship, waste, and biodiversity.Foster a culture of continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in environmental practices and process improvements.Lead investigations into environmental severe impacts, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.Lead & promote proactive HSE Culture on environmental topics by developing and delivering training programs on Environment & Sustainability for all employees.Engage with environmental external experts to ensure that the site has all the environmental capabilities in line with site responsibilities.About youExperience: Relevant experience in a leadership role in HSE with a focus on the Environment.Social Skills:Leadership skills and the ability to influence at different hierarchical levels.Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems, results-oriented.Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions analytically.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Environmental sustainability.Project Management of energy-saving projects and waste reduction, desirable experience with biodiversity projects.Supplier management.Training program management.Education: Bachelor's degree.Languages: Advanced English.Why choose us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it's through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact
