Environmental & Sustainability Engineer Career

Ensure the implementation of the Environmental Management System, as well as compliance with environmental objectives.
Issue recommendations for continuous improvement, request information and respond to the other commitments of the process regarding environmental topics.
Updating support records of the Environmental Management System eg.
Hazardous Waste Log, Waste Balance, SoFi Data, among others.
Carry out and execute a program of reviews of adequate conditions (Temporary storage of hazardous waste, Temporary storage of non-hazardous waste) and contractors.
Prepare and execute a review plan for applicable documents, as well as keep the corresponding updated documents of the Environmental Management System, as well as verify the updates of the Business Process Management (BPM) platform.
Create an internal communication plan for ESH topics and register external communication as well.
Manage and create a waste collection program on site, as well as collections by suppliers eg.
Hazardous Waste, Electronic Scrap.
Update and monitor applicable legal, corporate and other requirements.
Define, plan and execute environmental projects focused on reducing possible environmental impacts.
Define emergency programs and drills that lead to environmental impacts.
Review compliance of ISO 14001 requirements and participate as an internal auditor.
Collaborate and support with Social Responsibility in Environmental Protection topics.
