Diversity and inclusivity focused: We value a diverse workplace. What will you do? Perform in a multidisciplinary team, conduct risk and environmental assessments, and define mitigation measures. Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and define preventive and corrective measures. Analyze statistics, including near misses, to identify trends and implement countermeasures. Ensure legal requirements are known and well implemented in terms of Environment and Safety; review safe work method statements/risk assessments. Implement a training concept that fulfills all EHS-related training requirements, including new hires orientation. Ensure all incidents are investigated, recorded, and appropriate measures are defined, implemented, and monitored. Assist in the implementation of Siemens Environmental and Safety programs. Conduct regular Environmental and Safety meetings with the site supervisors team. Prepare for and participate in ISO audits (internal and external). What will you need to succeed? Minimum of 3 years site-related experience from industrial and/or construction business or similar. Work experience in preparation of EHS procedures. Work experience in ISO systems. Work experience in interdisciplinary teams. Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar field. EHS education/training. Intermediate English proficiency.
