**What Skills You Need**:
- Knowledge of unit processes and operations.
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, logic, and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process.
- Knowledge in CAD software (Creo Parametric, Solid works).
- GD&T knowledge.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Experience using Manufacturing systems, SAP, database management tools and programming languages.
- Background in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, mechatronic, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and/or Enterprise Customer Acquisitions Process (ECAP).
**Education**:
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (2 years or equivalent).
