Experience what's next at Avnet!Job Summary:The eProc Support Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing both manual and electronic orders, creating quotes, managing customer web pages, and providing exceptional customer support. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and the sales team. Additionally, the specialist will handle customer service activities related to order management, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order process.Principal Responsibilities:- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all required information is complete and correct.- Create and send quotes to customers, ensuring pricing and terms are accurate and aligned with company policies.- Manage customer web pages, ensuring product information, pricing, and inventory levels are up to date.- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support in achieving sales targets.- Handle customer service activities related to order management, including order status updates, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, orders, and quotes.- Continuously improve order processing and customer support processes, identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies to effectively assist customers.- Assist in training new team members on order processing systems, customer support procedures, and order management.Job Level Skills:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.- Proficiency in using order processing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.- Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
