With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate, and enhancing safe mobility.Position:ZF is looking for an EPS Product Engineer for our location in Queretaro.Main Activities:Owns assigned projects as an entrepreneur with full accountability to plan, track, and manage all necessary actions to stay within the commonly accepted QCD targets.Knows and adheres to ZF CVS project management standards (WCM, PEP) and quality standards (APQP, CQP, VDA 6.3, ...), understands and translates customer requirements into ZF CVS project management processes.Owns the BC PEAR and takes budget accountability for all project expenses, maximizing the project's financial contribution for ZF CVS.Contributes to OP planning for the project portfolio and seeks alignment with stakeholders, achieves productivity targets and identifies means to fill gaps wherever possible while considering future projects.Initiates and owns financial recovery plans in case of deviations from OP.Meets critical deadlines to get customer reimbursements and proactively identifies opportunities for financial claims from customers/suppliers.Creates and maintains a feasible and cross-functionally aligned project plan to meet QCD targets in accordance with agreed requirements.Anticipates and manages project risks, applies appropriate problem-solving methods, and holds project team members accountable for problem resolution within their respective functions.Manages internal and external stakeholders' interests.Travel Required:30-50%Required Skills:Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a Business/Management degree.Above 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Project Management in the Automotive Industry.Knowledge of Project Management standards and systems (PLM, Planisware, C-Place).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Project Management Expertise (Project planning, Controlling & Monitoring, Risk Assessment, Change Request Management, Quality Management).Entrepreneurial Competencies (Customer orientation, power of decision, dealing with complexity).Leadership (Teamwork, Embracing Change and Innovation, Results orientation).Social & Interpersonal Competencies (Communication, Building relationships, Conflict Management).American Visa & Passport needed
