Note: English Advanced and PLC (ladder programming) are mandatory.Work on lines duplication projects to increase production capacity.Work on Vessel Sealer Extend Lines diagnosing and applying troubleshooting to down equipment.Perform IQOQPQ in required equipment executing protocols required per EFT.Perform and submit engineering changes (ECO).Perform the investigation, perform, answer and sign Equipment Events (EE's).Develop and maintain documents.Contact suppliers to get some EFTs and spares to repair equipment.Work with different groups such as Production Team, Manufacturing team, PMC Team, and QA team.Train technicians in the different equipment to improve their analysis capacity.Give support to other products/lines as required.Research improvements in the industry to identify better solutions to our problems in the production line, improving equipment function ability.Perform changes to equipment to improve performance and reduce Equipment Events quantity.Get spare required for equipment as necessary.Perform PPQ for special cases such as Branson laser welder for Bipolar subassembly.Follow up all the EE's generated for VSE Lines to review, analyze and get trends to get actions to reduce the quantity of the Equipment Events.Contact personnel from Corporate to repair some special cases on some equipment (especially IPTs) and work with them to endorse equipment to production.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar.Minimum 3-year experience work experience as Equipment Engineer, Test Engineer, Automation Engineer.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.English Advanced, read, written, spoken (90%) mandatory.Machining experience a plus.IQ/OQ/PQ experience mandatory.Demonstrated mechanical electronics aptitude.Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex electronic/mechanical equipment.Blueprint reading and interpretation is a must.Knowledge and experience in use of special mechanical, electronics and measuring equipment.PLC programming, vision systems experience.3D CAD proficiency, SolidWorks preferred.Previous experience Maintenance software database preferable.Able to travel periodically.Familiarity with regulated Quality Systems or medical device regulations, a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
