- Keep dead time goals.
- Preventive and predictive compliance
- Monitoring of continuous improvement projects
- Compliance with standards, BPS, audits
**V. Specific Duties**
- Manage the financial resources of the department through expenditure controls, graphs, etc.
- Review and guarantee that the production equipment is maintained in optimal working and operating conditions.
- Coordinate, track and implement CapEx and continuous improvement projects
Supervise production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor's activities

Contribution and execution of actions for Safety, quality problem solving with root cause analysis and elimination of risks
Ensure proper operational controls based on EHS standards: environmental risks, waste (hazardous and nonhazardous), water and energy consumption.

**Requisitos**
Engineering degree in Electricity, Mechanical or related
