FAB POSITION REQUIREMENT PROFILE
- Engineer titled in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, machinery and equipment maintenance supervisor.
- At least 3 years in reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic plans, electrical control,
mechanical and hydraulic.
- Demonstrable competence in root cause failure analysis.
- Control and analysis of critical parts for high inventory.
- Solve complex problems in machinery.
- KPI of the position: MTTR, MTBF, Down Time, TPM.
- LEAN Methodology: A3, PDCA, DMAIC.
- Demonstrable conversational and written English.
KNOWLEDGE PROFILE
- Experience in electrostatic and powder painting systems.
- Theory and execution of natural gas combustion systems and peripheral equipment.
- Repair of failures in burners.
- Combustion flame adjustment.
- Preventive maintenance to the combustion system.
- Programming of flame controllers.
- Failure analysis in electrical control.
- Predictive analysis and repair of hydraulic systems (hydraulic pump, servo valves, oil quality, filters, connections, electric motor, hydraulic pistons, high-pressure hoses pressure).
- Programming and analysis of motor drive failures.
- Maintenance and repair of overhead-floor conveyor systems. Chain and traction, (Calculation of lubrication time, preventive to lubricators, predictive analysis of ball bearings and cam-followers traction-guide-load, mechanical wear in lifting-position-push systems, predictive to
mechanical motor-transmission systems, movement control elements).
- Pneumatic and mechanical conveyor chain tension adjustment.
- Extensive experience in pumping systems, (Electrical and pneumatic) repair and control of parts.
- Fault detection and control of powder paint equipment (paint booths, spray guns, painting, paint transfer systems, adjustment and calibration of operating limits, (Pressure switch, extraction and cleaning systems, fire fighting system, transducers, position-encoder reading systems, ground system)
- Experience in wire welding equipment.
Equipment repair.
- Regulation and work parameters.
- Knowledge of the parts of the equipment.
- Control of consumer parts.
- Extensive experience in laser cutting machines
Extensive demonstrable experience in electrical control analysis of the equipment.
- Work and control parameters.
- Extensive knowledge of the mechanical parts, (Disarm-Arm; Jaws, heads, motion chains, position control systems).
- Experience in movement control by servo motor. Failure analysis and repair.
- Predictive analysis of peripheral equipment failures, (Chillers, cutting gas supply, chip removers, conveyor belts, safety curtains).
- Programming and fault detection in electric drives.
- Knowledge of metal cutting waste extraction systems.
- Extensive experience in bending machines.
- Mechanical knowledge of the operation of hydraulic clamps.
- Failure analysis in servomotors.
- Analysis of parameters and mechanical control of moving parts.
- Extensive experience in CNC lathe, two years verifiable.

- Coordinate and carry out repairs with the team of equipment and machinery technicians.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Provide support to the Production and Engineering team.

- Registration of monitoring and quote parts.
- Follow-up on the development of the technical team.
- Ensure the availability of machinery and equipment.
- Generate and participate in improvements to equipment and machinery.
