**Position Summary**:
This role is a key part of the World Wide Planning team focussed on the inventory management and replenishment activities for Spare Parts and Equipment.
**Key Responsibilities to include**:
- Work closely with the Product Support Team to ensure consumption data is analyzed and translated into inventory policy
- Work closely with Procurement on pricing and contract management
- Be the day to day interface to the Equipment & Parts Suppliers
- Analyze demand patterns and set inventory policy
- Manage intercompany movements between each of the global parts warehouses
- Create and manage Distribution Orders and Purchase Orders globally
- Ensuring availability dates are maintained accurately
- Ensure relevant master data is in ERP system is kept up to date
- Manage the impact of ECOs into the disposition of inventory
**Education requirements**
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Related
- APICS certification
- Fluent in English (both written and oral); other languages are a plus.

- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong follow up skills

- Good communication skills (both listening and presenting)

- Able to quickly integrate into a global, virtual team
- Able to exercise sound judgment while handling time sensitive tasks
- Self-starter with flexibility to meet & manage challenging priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of inventory management processes
- Deep ERP and BI experience, INFOR M3 in Order Management, Logistics and Supply Chain highly desired
