**About us**:**Position Summary**:This role is a key part of the World Wide Planning team focussed on the inventory management and replenishment activities for Spare Parts and Equipment.**Key Responsibilities to include**:- Work closely with the Product Support Team to ensure consumption data is analyzed and translated into inventory policy- Work closely with Procurement on pricing and contract management- Be the day to day interface to the Equipment & Parts Suppliers- Analyze demand patterns and set inventory policy- Manage intercompany movements between each of the global parts warehouses- Create and manage Distribution Orders and Purchase Orders globally- Ensuring availability dates are maintained accurately- Ensure relevant master data is in ERP system is kept up to date- Manage the impact of ECOs into the disposition of inventory**Education requirements**- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Related- APICS certification- Fluent in English (both written and oral); other languages are a plus.**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:- Strong analytical abilities.- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel- Excellent attention to detail and strong follow up skills- Customer focused, enthusiastic and professional- Good communication skills (both listening and presenting)- Result driven, detail oriented and quality focused- Able to quickly integrate into a global, virtual team- Able to exercise sound judgment while handling time sensitive tasks- Self-starter with flexibility to meet & manage challenging priorities and deadlines- Understanding of inventory management processes- Deep ERP and BI experience, INFOR M3 in Order Management, Logistics and Supply Chain highly desired**Key Metrics for Success**:- Service Parts Availability- Inventory Turns/DSI- Slow Moving Inventory Management
