.**Data Operations**:Bring clarity to our clients' investment decisions by collecting, processing and distributing industry-leading data.**Indexes**:Set the benchmarks for our industry**How will you deepen the world's understanding of global markets?**By combining deep knowledge and a systematic and well-defined methodology, you could help develop and construct the indexes that provide data and timely insights in an ever-changing world.**Position overview**MSCI Equity Indexes are maintained with the objective of reflecting the evolution of the underlying equity markets on a timely basis.The Equity Data Management and the Corporate Events Teams manages quarterly index rebalancing, dividends and ongoing corporate actions-related changes to the Indexes resulting from M&As, spin-offs, bankrupties, reorganizations and other corporate actions (splits, rights issue, offerings, IPOs). These changes affect many aspects of an index and its constituents..Depending on the natura of the change there may be changes in Index memberships, weights, size, style and industry classifications.The team is responsible for smooth implementation of Quarterly Index Reviews and timely identification, review and implementation of corporate action related changes to facilitate appropriate maintenance of the Equity Indexes.**Your key responsibilities**1. Participate in projects related to the Corporate Events function2. Ensure corporate actions are properly implemented3. Check the news, analyze and monitor in detail corporate actions and markets4. Appropriate dividend validation/implementation5. Data analysis and process automation**Specific knowledge and skills**1. Excellent communication skills in English2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with good logical aptitude3. Highly motivated, dynamic, quick learner, hardworking and eager to succeed4. Attention to detail5.
