**JOB DUTIES**:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to the global SAP Community in the areas of SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistics Execution.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify issues and provide solutions to resolve issues.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of assigned enhancements to the SAP system including design, functional specification generation, development liaison, testing and training.
- Be the point of contact for all Autosys activities related to SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistics Execution.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities on how to improve global SAP support to the user community.
- Participate in wider SAP activities with the global IT team as directed
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- 2-5 years of practical SAP experience in SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistics Execution in a support role for either an end-user company or an external service provider.
- Good understanding of Configuration & Functional knowledge with SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistics Execution modules.
- Good understanding of key Master Data elements across SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistics Execution modules.
- Understanding of SAP change management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook.
- Strong commitment to success
- Advanced English communication skills
- Commitment to high ethical standards, equality, and diversity
