Erp Financial Analyst

**Job Details****Objective**:The ERP Financial Analyst will be assisting the ERP Project Controller on monthly functions to assist with the multi-year ERP Project Initiative. The duties for this position will be the following but may change as the project progresses.**Activities**:- Maintain the master listing of ERP projects- Work with the business on month end journal entries- Assist in the month end journal entry process with India Business Center- Interchain (Intercompany) file preparation & coding of transactions- Prepare various month end reports- Create the Capital Report 14308 to 714300 to transfer costs to capital- Maintain the Settlement/Depreciation form when projects go live- Internal & External Audit reports- Monitor the VMO & PR/PO queue on approvals- Assist in any other duties directed by the ERP Project Controller**What we look for**:- Accounting or finance degree - preferably accounting- Advanced English skills- Accounting experience in journal entries- Financial variance analysis- Able to work in teams and individual tasks- 2-4 years experience working on financials- Excel skills -able to use various formulas - moderate user is fine - example of moderate, formatting, formulas, pivot tables- Ability to work with data dumps to make help understand activity- Journal entry background with the ability to troubleshoot to resolve issues; organized, team player,flexible, process oriented, able to articulate thoughts to communicate issues and provide resolutions.- SAP experience is a plus.Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion
