**Roles and Responsibilities**- Lead the analysis and take decisions of all the ERP modules of SAP and Oracle that requires training material creation/consolidation/uplift.- Identify the biggest areas with ERP knowledge gap in comparison with the Company turnover risks and layout a training project plan with key milestones and monitoring mechanism.- Identify the existing training material and consolidate them into a single repository with global user/s access- Assess the existing trainings and evaluate, in conjunction with the leadership, the scalability of the material in comparison with a new and more user-friendly document creation.- Layout the new and more contemporary training strategy taking advantages of the latest available technology and ensuring the effectiveness of the new model.- Understand the growing in finance roles and responsibilities and connect the desired outcome to ERP modules- Prepare communications to a large scale of finance employees at different seniority level- Represent the organization during stakeholder meetings.- Measure and monitor progress of training adoptions and evaluate countermeasures- Influence the finance system and data as well as the finance users to consider ERP trainings as a priority in their list of the deliverables.**Required Qualifications**- Strong oral and written communication skills.
