**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead the analysis and take decisions of all the ERP modules of SAP and Oracle that requires training material creation/consolidation/uplift.
- Identify the biggest areas with ERP knowledge gap in comparison with the Company turnover risks and layout a training project plan with key milestones and monitoring mechanism.
- Identify the existing training material and consolidate them into a single repository with global user/s access
- Assess the existing trainings and evaluate, in conjunction with the leadership, the scalability of the material in comparison with a new and more user-friendly document creation.
- Layout the new and more contemporary training strategy taking advantages of the latest available technology and ensuring the effectiveness of the new model.
- Understand the growing in finance roles and responsibilities and connect the desired outcome to ERP modules
- Prepare communications to a large scale of finance employees at different seniority level
- Represent the organization during stakeholder meetings.
- Measure and monitor progress of training adoptions and evaluate countermeasures
- Influence the finance system and data as well as the finance users to consider ERP trainings as a priority in their list of the deliverables.

- Demonstrated ability to detect, analyze and resolve problems in isolation and in partnership with the Business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or closely related programs from accredited schools.
- Previous understanding/exposure to the key ERP modules (ORACLE and SAP).
- Previous experiences and solid methodology on hand in training people/users.
- High motivation and inclination to help other people learning and improve on a daily basis.
- Able to keep the morale high even in a challenging environment.
