You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments, to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency.**FUNCTIONS**:- ERP Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data migration.- Customization and Configuration: Customize the ERP software to meet the specific needs of the organization. Modify workflows, interfaces, and reports to optimize business processes and enhance user experience.- ERP Maintenance and Support: Monitor the ERP system's performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions. Regularly update the ERP system with patches and upgrades to keep it up-to-date and secure.- Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive user guides and conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they can effectively utilize the ERP system. Provide ongoing support and respond to user inquiries.- Data Management: Manage and maintain the integrity of ERP data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize ERP system performance, enhance functionalities, and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency.- Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with industry regulations and data security standards.
