**GENERAL OBJECTIVE**:
As an ERP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the ERP system, from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance and support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments, to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency.
**FUNCTIONS**:
- ERP Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data migration.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize the ERP software to meet the specific needs of the organization. Modify workflows, interfaces, and reports to optimize business processes and enhance user experience.
- ERP Maintenance and Support: Monitor the ERP system's performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions. Regularly update the ERP system with patches and upgrades to keep it up-to-date and secure.
- Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive user guides and conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they can effectively utilize the ERP system. Provide ongoing support and respond to user inquiries.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain the integrity of ERP data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize ERP system performance, enhance functionalities, and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with industry regulations and data security standards. Implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, plan updates, and implement changes effectively.

**PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:
1) Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and their implementation.
2) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
**TRAINING/ EDUCATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
1) Experience: 3 years or more experience working as an ERP (or similar) expert.
2) 2 years or more experience working with IT teams. 3) Proficient in english
4) Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing business practices and ERP development tools.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
