Job Scope & Purpose**:Director of Master Data Management CoE (Director of MDM COE) leads the team responsible for overseeing delivery of ERP (S4 Hana and Oracle Fusion) analysis and data services to local, regional, and global functions. This role reports directly to the VP of ERP Transformation and is the partner to various business teams and global process owners. To be effective in this role, he/she must partner with regional and global business and IT leaders to understand master data and analytics drivers, and then integrate these requirements into the global strategy as it is developed. This leader should have the business and technical acumen and communication skills to shape, articulate and execute a cohesive strategy. This senior leader will act as a trusted advisor regarding technology enablement, innovation opportunities and partner to implement appropriate enhancement or new technologies. Stakeholders include Business Function Leaders, Global Business Process Owners, Business Engagement Business Analysts, Business Engagement Domain Architects, ERP Solution Architects, peer ERP Analytics leaders and IT build and run resources (internal and external).**How you will do it? Essential Job Responsibilities**:- The Director of MDM COE is responsible for the global COE operations team responsible for master data daily activities across all domains. The role includes resource planning, recruiting, and hiring plans, employee development and retention, and in general, all aspects related to keep a competitive MDM operational team- Responsible for SLAs with all BUs and functional groups. Cost effectiveness and allocation system transparency are included in the list of responsibilities.- This role is ultimately responsible for data monitoring for all domains which assumes Data Quality milestones established are achieved. Responsible for working with other process owners' continuous improvement for all data-driven process steps- Working next to the MDM domain global process owners is critical to ensure all processes and policies are clearly documented, aligned and ready for rollout. The Director of MDM COE is responsible to ensure process and governance rollout is done in time and manner- Partner with IT functions to implement and optimize the appropriate solutions globally while meeting the needs of each country.- Domain Expertise: Partner with senior business and process leadership to create and maintain process and technology that optimizes operational processes and drive fixed and semi-variable cost efficiencies across multiple processes and domains. Provides insight into data-driven business processes that advance user adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and simplify financial oversight.- Reporting responsibilities: the Director of MDM COE is responsible for creating analytical reporting templates which will support increasing management requirements
