Responsible for managing the entire implementation process, from initial consultation to post-implementation support. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Analyzing business processes including identifying inefficiencies and suggesting ways to improve ERP system use
- Manage the entire ERP implementation process from start to finish.
- Defining requirements and work with internal clients and management to define functional and technical requirements
- Configuring software Installing, customizing, and configuring ERP software to meet business needs
- Training end users how to use the ERP system, including best practices and advanced features
- Troubleshooting issues with the ERP system, such as software bugs, performance issues, and system errors
- Managing data migration and ensuring data accuracy and completeness when migrating from legacy systems to the new ERP system
- Managing system upgrades, testing, deploying, and training on new system upgrades to ensure they meet business requirements
- Providing ongoing support, providing maintenance, updates, and user training to ensure the ERP system runs efficiently and effectively
- Creating demonstrations to show business leaders how the implemented change will work to their advantage
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
