Leads the implementation of new solutions and provides oversight for system performance that enables business partners to accomplish objectives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSUtilizes expertise with Infor LN CloudSuite to define, design, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.Apply experience gained on ERP projects to identify opportunities for improving integrations and reducing the need for support.Takes a lead role and work with business partners to develop and execute strategies and project plans.Represent manufacturing site technology needs and interests when engaging with other MillerKnoll teams.Guide business and technology team members to adopt best business process practices when implementing system changes.Analyze and document current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') processes in line with project scope.Assess implementation impact, identify contingency plans, and outline conversion specifications.Develop estimates, establish "rules of engagement," and drive project plan execution.Review and manage upgrades, cutover plans and implementation schedules with other teams.Supervise data conversions, participate in training in an advisory role, and oversee completion of all required documentation.Develop software selection criteria and lead the selection process for integrated applications.Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for site technology financial planning and oversight.Supervise process compliance for change management and security.Manage application lifecycle and roadmap planning in partnership with the MillerKnoll Enterprise Application team.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or equivalent experience typically obtained by working a minimum of five years in an IT environment.Minimum five years of professional information systems work, including an understanding of hardware and software technology, and development methodologies.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONSN/ASKILLS AND ABILITIESSuccessful experience implementing Infor LN CloudSuite working with an implementation partner, internal project team, and corporate leadership.Capable of understanding the needs of executive teams as someone who has extensive knowledge of ERP functionality in order to create a system that optimizes business processes.Professional experience across the delivery landscape, including development, deployment, and support
