We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESG Engineer to join our team. As an ESG Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing our environmental, social, and governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing best practices across our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with sustainability principles to drive impactful change and promote responsible business practices.
**Main Responsibilities**
1. Develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies and initiatives to minimize environmental impact and promote resource efficiency
2. Conduct environmental assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify areas for improvement and compliance with ESG standards
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, product development, and supply chain management
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to environmental performance, social responsibility, and corporate governance
5. Stay abreast of emerging ESG trends, regulations, and industry standards to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with best practices
6. Support the development of ESG policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency and accountability
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental engineering, sustainability management, or ESG consulting
3. Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
5. Effective communication and presentation skills
6. Highly proficient in spoken and written English
