.This position will support the ESG Issuer Communications team, which is the primary point of contact for all issuers under MSCI ESG coverage. This role will involve engaging with issuers to facilitate their understanding of MSCI ESG assessments of their companies, addressing their questions, managing and providing oversight of all operations associated with incorporating issuer feedback by our analyst teams across the MSCI ESG Product suite, and organizing calls to assist in walking them through our processes and methodologies.We are seeking a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is well-versed in ESG concepts and analysis, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable interacting with a wide array of external and internal stakeholders.Your Team ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all data verification processes across the MSCI ESG product suite, including processing and distributing feedback received from issuers to ESG analyst teams.Allocate queries to the team and respond to daily inquiries from issuers about MSCI ESG processes and reports.Assist senior team members on complex queries.Organize calls with issuers to walk them through our methodology, address their questions on our assessment, and invite analyst teams for in-depth discussions if required.Own ad-hoc projects and proactive outreach based on new requirements from the product and ESG teams.Keep abreast of dynamic changes in our products and processes.Create and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows.Contribute towards the enhancement of the online portal for issuers.Work cross-functionally with various internal teams to gather statistics and find efficiencies in our processes.Contribute to the library of issuer resource documents.Work with the tech team on fixing issues related to internal and external platforms.Your Skills and Experience That Will Help You ExcelDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Sustainability, or Environment.1-3 years' experience in Client Service, ESG, or Sustainability roles.Experience in ESG analysis or sustainability is preferred.Ability to learn complex concepts and processes quickly.Project management skills – defining scope, resources, timelines, and managing deliverables.Strong communication skills; can communicate with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks.Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team; a strong team player.Strong computer skills with office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ownership over work and/or assigned subjects.About MSCIWhat We Offer YouTransparent compensation schemes and comprehensive employee benefits, tailored to your location, ensuring your financial security, health, and overall well-being.Flexible working arrangements, advanced technology, and collaborative workspaces
