Your tasks
- Manage, develop and ensure compliance with the ISO 45001 Safety Management System
- Develop and implement programs to create a culture in all associates that adheres to the company's safety standards.
- Ensure Training for employees regarding industrial safety and occupational health issues, and the environment, follow up on compliance with the annual training program.
- Realization of investigations of incidents and accidents at work, response to ST7 forms, establishment of prevention and correction measures.
- Assurance of compliance with all legal regulations and guidelines: S.T.P.S, L.F.T. IMSS. And others, carrying out the due update of the applicable regulations
- Development and administration of commissions such as: Mixed safety and hygiene, first aid, evacuation and fire
- Is responsible for developing and maintaining reaction and emergency plans, evacuation drills
- Manage, develop and ensure compliance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and regulations
- Lead and coordinate external and internal audits in environmental matters
- Reports to senior management the status of compliance with the Environmental Management System and summary of audits and environmental corrective action plans.
- Document in the Environmental system all the changes, needs and activities related to its responsibility.
- It is the representative of the Management for the Safety and Environmental Management systems.
