Espec Ingenieria Manufactura Semi-Direct Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate with the project leaders to establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Collaborate with the manufacturing team & engineers to review plans, specifications, and drawings.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, and industry standards.Track site execution and inspections to ensure work is performed according to safety guidelines and quality standards.Follow and track the SBs projects for issuing the PO.Achieve the payment projects plan and expedite solutions to design clashes while coordinating with the design team for the best path forward.Job Knowledge and Skills:Experience managing construction projects in large manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols.Proficiency in project management software and design tools.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Ability to problem solve and make difficult decisions rooted in data.Confident in decision-making ability and coordinating among key stakeholders.Project will require long hours; looking for ambitious and tenacious team members.Years of Experience:3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.EducationDegree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.Specific Course/CertificationsExcelAutoCADProject advanceTravel Required?
