Especialista De Desarrollo - L'Oreal For The Future

**POSITION PURPOSE**

Organize and follow up on LATAM sustainability projects, to comply with the 3 strategic pillars of the L'Oréal group (3Rs). Foster collaboration with product development, Business Divisions, Research & Innovation (R&I) and other Operations teams.

**THE TEAM** **?**

**Essential Functions and Basic Duties**:
Lead the technical, economic and schedule feasibilities to meet the business needs related to the group's sustainability objectives.
- Ensure the planning and follow-up of the projects by animating transversally the teams.
- Coordinate risk analyses of technically complex projects.
- Bring together internal and external stakeholders to make decisions on projects.
- Mobilize, influence, and coordinate the different departments/specialists involved in the project to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Ensure the use of evaluation tools required by the group (SPOT).
- Consolidate, validate, and report monthly results (KPis sustainability).
- Follow-up of performance indicators of your activities.
- Proactivity and strategic vision to anticipate project risk alerts to managers and other stakeholders (deadlines, resources, costs, risks).

**Qualifications and Educational Background**
- Industrial Engineering
- 3 to 4 years of experience
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of BI (desirable)
- Knowledge of the cosmetic market (desirable)
