**YOUR TASKS**Ensure equipment overall management after SOPPlanning, controlling and monitoring of all maintenance related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve the relevant KPIs (e.G.
technical availability, preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations) and targetsExecute technical availability improvement, FPY improvement and cost improvement.Maintenance tasksTimely technical support on trouble shooting with complex malfunctionPrepare maintenance schedules and coordinate measures to optimize maintenance, servicing and repairwork (cycles, materials, expenditure)Release the equipment preventative maintenance instructionEnsure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how,availability, shifts and spare partsDefine and initiate the procurement of spare parts (quantity and quality) to ensure resource availability,setup, maintain the spare part management within the location**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**ABB robot programming experienceABB robot maintenanceSiemens and Mitsubishi PLC programmingEnsure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare partsAnalyzing and diagnosing faults with the aid of diagnosis systems, and specification of malfunction oncomplex operating equipmentExperience of more than 2 up to 3 yearsTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.
