Develop and implement machine support strategy for the complete group with state of the art technology in order to archive production targets and improve technical know how of plant maintenance technicians**Responsibilities**- Making assessment of critical / obsolete equipment's in plants / with plant Maintenance and will create the business case calculation from technical point of view- Making security assessment and evaluation, follow up with each plant maintenance and ESH team (LOP follow up)- Full involvement of the budget planning for production plants- Definition of critical spare parts and ensure parts will be stored- Definition for existing tools which need to be in maintenance areas- Creating of work instructions / routines / checklists which need to be used in each service / preventive or corrective maintenance- In case of URGENCY there will help by Phone / Holo Lens or personal in plant- Creating of failure database and failure solutions- Will train the technicians according to existing standards and technology's or find external trainer which fulfill the requirements- Technical calculation of energy consumption and create specification of equipments which are need to fulfill and ensure production**Qualifications**- 8 years working with machine technology (CNC or Injection)- Engineering Degree
