They are also in charge of organizing trade shows and webinars.Additionally, they will support administrative activities such as A&P administrative control, material control for external events, and track payments. This includes but is not limited to the following activities to support the strategy:E-mailingCreate monthly Marketo emails for Sales Captains, PPM's Information, Strategic Accounts, Sustainability, New Products, After Sales and other relevant topics for the commercial team (Internal & External distribution).Create Landing Pages for different objectives to support the digital communication team.Responsible for Marketo automation software to develop, manage, execute and report campaigns with different objectives and goals.Administration and update of Databases (end users, verticals, distributors, etc.) in Mex & Olac for flawless Marketo campaign execution.Responsible for nurture campaigns to support movement of inside sales leads on hold.WebinarsWebinars' organization together with Sales Captains (select topics, review content, work on assets for promotion, arrange any payment and send invitations).Train webinars' speakers on the usage of the ON24 platform.Generate a final report of assistants and others.Coordinate webinars with distributors (when they require).Set leads obtained in Sales Force.EventsTrade show coordination & execution support (Face to Face).LAC Kickoff organization.Exhibitions branding Ansell (ExpoSafety - Expo Medical).Set leads obtained in tradeshows in Sales Force.Support selected distributors in marketing activities.A&P Administrative ControlFollow up Marketing Expenses for LAC.EducationBachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related business area.Knowledge and SkillsDesired: Marketo knowledge or Certification.Strong organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Analytical skills.Results-oriented.Creative mind.Team player.Flexible and adaptable.Additional RequirementsTravel 20% in all Mexico to visit Distributors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
