**Position Summary**:
Provides technical support for AutoZone MX Stores, RO, DC's and MEXCAT. Troubleshooting problems with store network hardware including Cisco Routers, Switches and Telephones. Monitor service dispatches and controlling expense. Assist in developing KPI's for support service levels and ensuring they are met. Documents and adheres to standard processes and procedures. Provides technical assistance as needed. Provides technical support for AutoZone Stores.
**Position Responsibilities**:
Responds to, Troubleshoot hardware, software, on networking and communications problems remotly or through discussions with users over the phone. Including Cisco SDWAN, Meraki Aps, Nortel, Avaya equipment ( Stores, RO's, DC's and Mexcat) will work constantly with Helpdesk Team
Work with dispatch technician to troubleshoot and validates services working according to our needs
Work and troubleshoot with carrier's services reported
Document processes and procedures. Develops work knowledge.
**Position Requirements**:
- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: Computer Science, Networking and Communications
- Years of Experience: Three to five years.
- Type of Experience: High level
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Current or recently expired Cisco CCNA Collaboration Certification & Routing and Switching or equivalent 5 plus years of experience
- At least 3 years of experience with configuration of the following: Cisco Call Manager Express (CME) Cisco SRST Cisco ISR Gen1-3 Routers Cisco Unified Border Controller and SIP Trunking Cisco Jabber, Collaboration Edge, Cisco VCS-C, VCS-E and SDWAN Technology
Knowledge of VOIP and the SIP protocol
Experience with analog phone lines, DSL services and dedicated data lines
Ability to manage medium-sized LANs with multiple switches, supporting VLANs, trunking and spanning tree.
Managing routing protocols, statics and dinamics routes, redundancy links with service providers.Understanding of the characteristics, functions, and components of a WAN, such as E1, DSL, 4G, etc
Understanding of the OSI model, specifically layer 1, 2, and 3
