**Position Purpose**Regulations and NOMs Specialist : assuresNOMs compliance for prodcut to be at store through PROFECO, DGN, COFEPRIS, and some others regulations that aplly to our products at point of sales. Verifies products to Mexican NOM compliance standards and is responsible for creating solutions to meet or exceed those standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a databases for tracking performance and historical data; communicating with replenishment and merchandising AutoZoners to remedy future vendor compliance.**Primary Accountabilities**- Mantain import Classification module in internal ERP system of new products, and manages and comunicate to import users the impact of the changes in mexican law in AZ products including but not limited, changes in NOMS duties, special duties, and other regulations.- Reporting and develop KPI of in weekly basics and develop Harmonize tariff system to organized the product classification information develop in java lenaguaje and this system will fuction as a central repository with product information.- Identifies and provides support and guidance to the Category Manager on : regulations, restrictions, duties, taxes, antidumping, and all the necessary requirements to make a new or line product importable.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: International Trade, Administration or relatedYears of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Import-Compliance operations in retail company, experience in ITSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: "NOMs Certifications, Cofepris permits and Regulations, Compliance,with Mexican law, Attend and Experience with Legal Authorities as PROFECO, programming javaData bases: Managment, oracle, SQLReport: webfocus, excelExtract data: SASGood Comunication skills, english"Other/Preferred: Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with and contribute to a team
