**Analyze, record and provide the documentation and accounting adjustments that ensure the financial closure of Latam Headquarters Activities, as well as prepare, integrate and execute the financial report in HFM system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based in corporative polices from Pepsico.
**What will you be doing?
**- Execute month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.- Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.- Generate information for filling out the required management financial reports.- Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.- Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.- Execute financial report Pepsico (SmartView / FDM - HFM).- Support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.- Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.- Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts, and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.- Strong Networking with all Country Latam Teams
