PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Optimize national and international multimodal transportation resources by identifying and analyzing suppliers that meet legal, regulatory and customer requirements, guaranteeing the delivery of products efficiently. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Analizar los recursos de transportación multimodal existentes en función de un análisis costo-beneficio vs los requerimientos legales, normativos y de clientes Identificar recursos de transportación disponibles en el mercado que cubran de forma más eficiente los requerimientos legales, normativos y de clientes Proponer opciones de transportación alterna que cubran con los requerimientos legales, normativos y de clientes y que impliquen reducción de costos. Generar reportes de indicadores relacionados al transporte (tiempo, costo, calidad, etc.) en tiempo y forma Programar en conjunto con el área de almacén la distribución nacional mediante el uso de sistema SAP de acuerdo con el análisis de rutas Coordinar la logística inversa de cada cliente y zona de transporte buscando la manera más eficiente de ejecutarla Maximizar el uso de las unidades de transporte suministradas por las líneas de acuerdo con los requerimientos legales, normativos y de clientes. Reportar avance de transporte hasta su entrega por cada medio de transporte (directos, pasen a recoger, paquetería, LTL, Cross Dock). Asegurar el posicionamiento diario de las unidades de transporte de acuerdo con cada ventana de tiempo con los diferentes almacenes. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio relacionados a su función (on time delivery, on time in full logistics cost, hallazgos de auditorías, pago a tiempo a proveedores, etc.) Asegurar la documentación necesaria en función de los requerimientos legales, normativos y de clientes (contratos de prestación de servicio, procesos de operación estándar, etc..
