We are currently in 30 states of the Mexican Republic and continue to grow, with a presence in more than 15 countries and counting.We are looking for:Administrative SpecialistWe offer:Salary: $20,000 to $30,000 monthly (Depending on experience).Fixed Shift.Direct hiring with the company.Opportunity for growth.Office hours.Food vouchers.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (preferred).- 2+ years of experience in administrative or office support functions.- Advanced English proficiency.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.- Flexibility to adapt.Activities:- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.- Manage schedules, correspondence, and basic documentation.- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel.- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.- Support team activities and interdepartmental projects.- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.- Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Ensure that administrative activities follow company policies and regulations.- Provide timely reports and updates to management.Location: Laguna de Términos 221, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11520 Ciudad de México, CDMX.Additional Requirements:- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree.- 3 years of experience.- Age: between 20 and 30 years.- Availability to travel: Yes.- Keywords: specialist, intendencia, administration, quartermaster, administracion, logistica.#J-18808-Ljbffr
