You will play a key role in supporting Bright's mission by aligning our Accounting Team with the company's priorities. You'll organize and deliver accounting information, audit invoices, coordinate with lawyers on tax-accounting transactions, and present tax declarations. Working closely with other teams, you'll help ensure our processes are fully auditable. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.Monthly Accounting Management: Collect and deliver monthly accounting information for Mexican entities, prepare intercompany invoices, and assist with monthly and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate reporting.Audit Support: Review incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy and policy compliance, collect and organize audit evidence, and create required accounting documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring timely submissions.Process Documentation and Coordination: Document accounting processes involving collaboration with other company areas, and coordinate with legal teams to ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting transactions.Expense Verification Management: Oversee "gastos por comprobar" (expenses to be verified), ensuring proper documentation and policy adherence.
