**Job Description**:
This position is responsible for managing the creation, approval, distribution, revision, storage, and disposal of the various types of Company documentation to include, but not limited to, drawings, specifications, blueprints and procedures either in hard copy or electronic media.
**Essential functions**
Creates and maintains the currency of a master control list of documents to ensure that the current version of each document is easily identifiable and accessible to personnel whose activities are affected by the documentation.
Assist staff with document searches and/or research.
Scan business related documents and save to SharePoint ensuring that items are easily identified and searchable.
Ensures that all documentation, and subsequent revisions, is reviewed and approved by authorized persons.
Maintain documentation and records in a legible, dated, identifiable and orderly fashion.
Store the documentation and records in a manner that prevents damage, loss and deterioration.
Develop a procedure to ensure that outdated documents are promptly discarded or suitably identified to prevent obsolete editions from being used.
Ensure that current editions of documentation are available where needed.
Retain documentation and records for as long as needed to facilitate analysis and determine the necessity for corrective action according to a documented retention procedure.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

**Additional functions**
- Gestionar la documentación TRS/CRT: Ser responsable del control y seguimiento de toda la documentación relacionada con a los servicios de TRS/CRT, incluyendo listas de mantenimiento, certificados de inspección y certificados dimensionales de las herramientas. - Responsable de mantener digitalizada toda la documentación correspondiente a los certificados de mantenimiento, prueba, inspección y dimensionales de las herramientas previo a cada trabajo para ser compartida con los clientes. - Trabajar en conjunto con el coordinador de mantenimiento y el coordinador de operaciones para mantener un sistema organizado de documentos efectivo, asegurando que la documentación esté ordenada, actualizada y de fácil acceso para consulta interna y para las solicitudes de clientes y auditores externos. - Debe asegurarse que toda documentación proporcionada por el coordinador de mantenimiento y/o coordinador de operaciones se encuentra vigente y válida antes de ser compartida con los clientes. - Apoyar visitas y auditorías externas del cliente, facilitando la revisión y presentación adecuada de la documentación requerida. - Colaborar con el departamento de HSE para dar de alta a los tecnicos del área TRS/CRT en el sistema SSPA, asegurando el cumplimiento de regulaciones laborales y de protección ambiental. - Recepcionar paquetes de evidencia para cumplimiento SSPA como son permisos de trabajo, AST, difusiones y evidencias fotográficas en los servicios de los contratos activos. - Garantizar que la versión actual de cada documento sea fácilmente identificable y accesible para el personal cuyas actividades se ven afectadas por la documentación de TRS/CRT. - Asistir al personal en búsquedas de documentos y/o investigaciones. - Escanear documentos relacionados con la empresa y guárdelos en SharePoint para garantizar que los elementos se identifiquen y busquen fácilmente. - Garantizar que toda la documentación y las revisiones posteriores sean revisadas y aprobadas por personas autorizadas.
